Buttercream & Layered 6" & 9" Cakes:

Keep Refridgerated.  Let cake sit at room temperature for 2 hours before cutting.  The purpose of this step is to allow the buttercream to soften(difference between butter kept cold in the fridge versus butter that has been sitting at room temp) and to develop the best flavor and texture.


All Other Tarts & Ganache Iced Cakes:

Keep Refridgerated.  Let sit at room temperature for 45 minutes before cutting & serving.
