To the wonderful patrons, friends, and neighbors of Gateaux Bakery, 

We wish to share with you that our final day of retail operation will be Saturday August 29th, 2026. I will continue with all scheduled weddings cakes through the end of this year. We will continue to honor orders that have already been placed, through August 29th. 

 I have spent most of my last 17 years at Gateaux, creating memories with so many of you in our amazing community. I have relished in the incredible honor of preparing cakes and pastries for some of life’s grandest celebrations and most significant milestones in the lives of many of our clients. For many of you, I am privileged to call you, my friends. It is with gratitude and a deep love for this little bakery that we have decided to close a tremendous chapter. I just want to thank our amazing team, and everyone who made Gateaux a staple in the Golden Triangle Community.

Thank you for letting us play a part in celebrating the traditions of your families, friends, and coworkers over the years. I look forward to seeing you on Fridays and Saturdays for the coming weeks for a final farewell, as we wind down operations.
