Community News & Events
Back from our relaxing vacations, the bakery is already bustling with activity. Just last week, owner Kathleen Kenny Davia contributed her pastry talents to the Females on Fire dinner event at Jax Fish House, preparing dessert for 60 guests. She was assisted by some of the most talented female chefs in Denver. 100% of the proceeds from ticket sales and silent auction items go towards a scholarship fund for aspiring female chefs at Johnson & Wales University, Kathleen's alma mater

The Females on Fire event is just one of many community happenings Gateaux participates in every year.
Coming up on January 28th is the 15th annual Red Wine and Seafood event at the Oxford Hotel. Co-owners Brad and Kathleen are chairs of this event, assisting in gathering fabulous silent auction items and providing all of the desserts for the evening. Proceeds from this chic night of jazz, wine, and seafood benefit Volunteers of America's Bandon Center and Theodora House. For details, visit www.voacolorado.org.
